From the start, MetroTex engaged The Projects Group (TPG) to build a team of commercial brokers, designers, space planners, and construction managers to deliver their vision. The Owner’s vision was to have a facility that connects with nature just as well as it does with its stakeholders. This new headquarters facility in Irving, Texas is nestled into natural waters and foliage.
The facility is 40,000+ GSF, with state-of-the-art distance and in-person training facilities, a banquet room for chapter events, awards ceremonies, and receptions, a ground floor conference center, a video studio, and a simulcast room. The upper level includes a large board room as well as open and private offices for executives and staff.
